Misha Haghani is the CEO and Founder of Paramount Realty USA (PRUSA), a leading national real estate auction firm. With over 20 years of real estate auction experience, he has marketed, sold, or advised on over $2 billion worth of real estate and mezzanine interests by auction, including luxury/residential, commercial, land, and special-use properties throughout the United States and Mexico. Before founding PRUSA, Misha served as director of a prominent international real estate auction company. Prior to that, Misha practiced as a corporate and real estate attorney at Milbank, where he represented lenders such as JPMorgan Chase, principals such as the Rockefeller family, and other institutions in transactions exceeding $5 billion.

A recognized thought leader in the industry, Misha is frequently quoted in major publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Mansion Global, Crain’s, Miami Herald, Reuters, Los Angeles Times, Robb Report, Business Insider, Architectural Digest, New York Post and The Real Deal. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a J.D. with a focus on Business Law and Regulation from Cornell Law School.
