Our team has marketed, sold or advised on over $2 billion of residential and commercial real estate and mezzanine interests throughout North America by auction.

Past clients of the firm include private equity funds like Canyon Capital (a firm with $23 billion in assets under management), global financial services firms like Lehman Brothers, high-profile properties such as the childhood home of President Donald Trump, lenders like Peoples United Bank (a $24 billion institution), major NYC developers like Megalith Capital Management and Imperial Development Group, government agencies and others. Paramount Realty USA served as the exclusive auctioneer for the NYS Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery and closed approx. 550 properties in New York for the agency from 2015 to 2019.
